I am more than happy to wear a mask during our session, if that would make you feel more comfortable. Hand sanitizer is available, and any equipment or amenities used during a session are always sanitized between clients. Should you feel unwell prior to your appointment, please let me know and we can reschedule.
Yes, of course! I have clients of varying abilities, from beginner to advanced, as well as varying ages. It’s never too late to start working on you.
I look this way because I want to, not by chance. Building muscle is not easy, you will not get ‘bulky’ overnight. It has taken me almost a decade of blood, sweat and tears to put on this much muscle.
Being or looking ‘toned’ comes from having muscle, and being lean enough to see muscle definition. Without muscle, women that that lose weight or have low body fat just look skinny, not ‘toned’.
How much muscle you want to gain, how much fat you want to lose, what shape you want to have, is purely your decision. It’s not going to happen by accident, and it’s not going to happen without constant work and dedication.
